We believe it shouldn’t cost a lot of money to study for promotion. Everyone should have access to high-quality study material at a price that easily fits into any budget. PDG study material should cost you the same as a couple of drinks, not a couple of weeks worth of groceries.

2. Steadily Improve.

We work on AFStriper.com every single day, holidays included. We’re constantly adding questions, updating feedback, making new flash cards, and so much more. We don’t just put out a product and relax for 2 years until the next PDG comes out. We work day and night making sure that every time you log in to AFStriper, you’re getting the most current and most correct version, a.k.a. the best possible version available.

3. Be Helpful.

We don’t list any customer service hours on our site. If we get an email from a customer, we respond to it right away. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, or where we are at the time, if we see it, we reply. The way we see it, most people are working during the day, so we need to be available during the evenings, weekends, and holidays to answer questions or resolve any issues you may have. If you’re studying Friday night and you have a question, you’re not going to have to wait until Monday morning for an answer.
