An Apology from the Owner

On behalf of myself and my staff I would like to apologize to all of our users. We discovered today after a series of emails with a few of our customers that our “Contact Us” form was not working correctly. As a result, we were not seeing a substantial portion of the messages you sent us. I’m happy to report the problem has been fixed and we are now receiving all incoming messages.
We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and we are sorry if we’ve let any of you down. Your feedback is very important to us and we are going to be responding to each of these messages starting immediately.
We appreciate your business and we will work hard to make this right with all of the affected users.
