Significance: Even though the pub is only specifically referenced in chapter 7, it’s the source of a lot of information from chapter 9 too. Chapter 9 covers the general and specific responsibilities of the various enlisted tiers and they’ve almost been pulled from the AFI word for word. Umm….there’s not much else to say about this AFI. It’s really straightforward.
